Meet Our Head Chef

Our head chef Suhas Malik brings not only his skill in the cooking of Indian cuisine, but also his heart. After studying Business and Economics at the University of Toronto, Suhas realized his true passion lay not in academics, but in the culinary arts. At a mere 23 years old, he has led the kitchen in the Butter Chicken Factory, where he been honing his craft over the last few years.

All his dishes are taken straight from our Malik family recipe book under the watchful eye of his mother, who ensures that all of the food that he creates is as close to the Indian culinary tradition as can be.
